About me / Bio:
Lương Kim Định was a Vietnamese Catholic priest, scholar, and philosopher. Born in Nam Dinh, French Indochina, he was ordained as a Catholic priest in 1943. A graduate in philosophy from the Seminary of Saint Albert le Grand, he was a professor of philosophy at Bui Chu Seminary. After studying in Paris, he returned to Vietnam in 1957, teaching philosophy at various universities. He published over 30 books on Vietnamese culture and philosophy, establishing the philosophies of An Vi and Authentic Vietnamese Confucianism.
