About me / Bio:
Karl Brandt was a German physician and SS officer who served as Adolf Hitler's personal doctor and the highest medical authority in the Nazi regime. He was involved in the Aktion T4 euthanasia program that killed thousands of people deemed unfit to live, and also conducted human experiments on prisoners of war and civilians. He was arrested by the Allies after the end of World War II and tried for war crimes and crimes against humanity. He was found guilty and sentenced to death by hanging. He was executed on 2 June 1948 at Landsberg Prison.
